Conceived by David Jonathan and Nikolas Mavresis, Art Trivia is a unique and humorous card trick inspired by famous works of art.

The magician introduces a set of envelopes, each containing a famous oil painting, and challenges the participant to a brief trivia game in which the paintings must be identified. This warm-up prepares the participant for the real challenge: spotting the fake painting among the genuine works of art. The participant confidently selects a painting, believing it to be the fake.

The magician then reveals the paintings that were not chosen, showing a prominent X on the back of each one, indicating that these are the fakes. Finally, the chosen painting is turned over, and it bears a checkmark, which seems to confirm that this is the fake. But in a humorous twist, the magician explains that the checkmark actually marks the one real painting. The other paintings are then turned over to reveal that they have been magically transformed into comically drawn fake versions, which the participant is invited to examine.

All cards in Art Trivia are made from playing card stock, making them smooth and durable. Carefully selected playful patterns are combined with professional design, resulting in unique and beautiful cards.
