It Comes to Life!
A ball of clay transforms itself into a hand that steals a signed, borrowed coin. You can then immediately tear the clay apart to find the signed coin inside the ball of clay! An absolute crowd favorite and a sold-out success at Blackpool. This charming version of Bob Farmer’s Little Hand will amaze any audience. This is Franken-Doh by Roddy McGhie.
What’s new in version 2.0?
- This is a major improvement: The color of the gimmick now matches the color of the most popular modeling clay on the market. This means refills are inexpensive and easily available at the supermarket. As a result, you can perform the effect anytime, anywhere without worry.
- Improved fit: The gimmick has been made slightly larger so it fits a wider range of hand sizes. The original version was just a bit too narrow for some magicians.
What happens during the trick?
A coin is borrowed from a spectator and initialed on both sides. You then introduce a small piece of clay. The spectator rolls the clay into a ball. The coin is placed on your hand, with the clay next to it. Then the impossible happens: a clay hand suddenly shoots out of your hand and grabs the coin. You open your hand to show that the clay ball has returned to normal and the hand has vanished. Immediately, you hand the clay to the spectator so they can open it and find their signed coin inside.
Why Franken-Doh?
- Universal: Works with all currencies.
- Inclusive: Everything you need is included, including a specially designed silicone hand that is perfectly matched to one of the most popular modeling clays in the world.
- Adjustable: The hand comes with a special silicone band, so it fits even the slimmest fingers.
- For everyone: Ideal for all age groups. This trick transcends language barriers and amazes everyone who sees it.
