Here’s what happens:

Your audience chooses a card from the deck. It goes into the middle of the deck and jumps to the top in an impossible way. To ensure there are no duplicates, the card is signed and then the audience pushes it into the middle of the deck, after which it jumps to the top. In a final and downright mind-blowing moment, the card is placed face up in the middle of the deck. The deck is placed on the table or even on the floor.
