Polish Poker by Michal Kociolek: Your participant thinks of a random poker hand (yes, indeed, an entire hand!). You spread a deck of cards face down and point to five cards. But, they only think of a poker hand—they don’t name the cards!

This makes it impossible to force the cards! The cards the spectator has pointed out turn out to be the very cards they were thinking of! Perhaps the best part is that this isn’t a complicated sleight of hand—the deck does the work!
