Card-Shark’s ESPionage is one of our personal favorites! Created by Dave Humphrey and Charlie Frye.
You have two piles of 5 cards each, printed with ESP icons. Your spectator chooses one of the piles. The magician takes the other pile. The magician places the first card face down on the table. Next, the spectator may place a card face down. After that, the other 4 cards are also placed one by one. But: the magician always places them first, and only then does the spectator!
Because the magician places ‘de gedachten van de toeschouwer kan lezen’, the five cards end up in exactly the same order!
