What happens during the routine?

1. A playing card is signed and then returned to the deck.

2. The spectator “pakt de ziel” selects a card from the deck, mentally flips it over, and returns it. When the deck is opened, the card is actually found to be face down.

3. The card is placed back in the middle of the deck. This time, the spectator imagines squeezing the card.

4. The deck is spread out… and a tiny playing card appears among the other cards.

5. The magician visually restores the card to its original size—ready to be handed over immediately as a unique keepsake.
